( PHOTO: JUNE 2007. VILLAGE ORESHAK, REGION VARNA, BULGARIA ) Village Oreshak is situated on the west side of Frangensko plateau. To the west is a deep valley of a small river Batova and Dobrudjansko plateau. Batova river discharge itself into the Black sea near village Kranevo, that is situated to the south from sea resort Albena.

Old village street, old houses, old hole. An ancient roman road has come through Oreshak onetime. Roman fortress ruins and a road are still there, on the opposite side of the valley, near the road Oreshak - Kamenar - Varna. Maybe this hole on the street has an ancient roman origin.
