The design of the individual radiant water heating system for one-floor house

Chimney or stove with water boiler

Gravitation circulation of water (without water circulation pump)

This heating system is working in a one storey country house with 3 rooms since October 2007. Fuels, that are used for the stove: firewood (oak, beech) and wood eco-firebricks.

Heating system devices, elements, materials, heating system dimensions

(from the stove boiler, hot branch)

On Figure 1:
S1 - 9 kilowatts boiling stove, hot pipe (3/4 inch screw). First room.
Th - thermometer 0-120 degrees C.
C1 - right angle galvanized (coated with zinc) iron connector (3/4 inch female screw - 3/4 inch female screw).
P1 - galvanized iron pipe, diameter 3/4 inch, length 600 mm, 2 * 3/4 inch male screw.
C2 - galvanized iron connector 3/4 in + 1/2 in + 1/2 in female screw; metallic connector 1/2 inch to 20x2 mm PE/AL/PE pipe.
F1, P2 - faucet; metallic connector 1/2 inch to 20x2 mm; pipe to the outdoor underground heat accumulator, PE-MD/AL/PE-MD B-pipe (polyethylene-aluminium-polyethylene pipe for heating systems), diameter 20 * 2 mm, pressure 10 Bars.
P3 - PE-MD/AL/PE-MD B-pipe (polythene-aluminum-polythene pipe), diameter 20 * 2 mm, pressure 10 Bars. Lenght 1420 mm.
C3 - connector 3xB-pipe 20 * 2 mm
P4 - see below in specification of Figure 2.
P5 - B-pipe 20x2 mm, pressure 10 Bars. Length 1870 mm.
C4 - connector "B-pipe 20x2 mm"-1/2 inch to the heating radiator R1
R1 - two-face panel radiator 600x600 mm, effective heat area is about 3 square metres, power is approximately 2...3 KW. Second room.
V1, V2 - DC 12-Volts 0.2 Ampers ventilators, for additional air convection.
F2 - 1/2 inch air faucet, from radiator.
T1 - tup, 1/2 inch.
C5 - connector 1/2 inch - "B-pipe 20x2 mm" from the radiator R1
P6 - B-pipe 20x2 mm, pressure 10 Bars. Length 890 mm, the slope of the pipe is 40 mm / 890 mm
C6 - connector "B-pipe 20x2 mm"-1/2 inch to the heating radiator R2
R2 - two-face panel radiator 600x600 mm, effective heat area is about 3 square metres, power is approximately 2...3 KW. Third room.
V3, V4 - Direct current 12-Volts 0.2 Ampers ventilators, for convection of cold air from the floor.
F3 - 1/2 inch air faucet, from radiator.
T2 - tup, 1/2 inch.
C7 - metallic connector 1/2 inch - "B-pipe 20x2 mm" from the radiator R2
P7 - B-pipe 20x2 mm, pressure 10 Bars. Length 4830 millimetres.
C8 - connector 3x"B-pipe 20x2 mm"
F4, P8 - faucet; metallic connector 1/2 inch to 20x2 mm; pipe to the heat energy accumulator, PE-MD/AL/PE-MD pipe, diameter 20x2 mm, pressure 10 Bars.
C9, F5, P9 - metallic connector 1/2 inch - pipe 20x2 mm; faucet; pipe to the WC.
P10 - galvanized iron pipe, diameter 1/2 inch, length 600 mm, 2 x 1/2 inch male screw.

On Figure 2:
P4 (from Figure 1) - pipe to the expansion tube, diameter 20x2 mm, length 1 meter. The pipe consists of one transparent segment - transparent pipe with neckband connection.
C11 - connector 2x"B-pipe 20x2 mm"-10 mm pipe
P11 - pipe-condenser, 20x2 mm B-pipe. Length 2.7 meters.
P12 - vertical pipe-narrow, 10x1 mm copper pipe. Length 200 mm.
C12 - connector diameter 10mm - "B-pipe 20x2 mm" with neckband
P13 - B-pipe 20x2 mm. Length ??? mm.
C13 - connection with the expansion tube - by steel segment and neckband.
E1 - 10 litres expansion tube with water level indicator (wl) inside the heating system.
wl - water level inside the heating system.
