But our sail wind machine has low cost "working area" and it is predestined for wind speed from 2-3 metre per second.

A wind turbine is not a turbine. A wind turbine is a high cost propeller from a helicopter, it is costly helicopter`s detail.

The ideal place to use wind turbines is planet Venus. High atmospheric pressure and possible strong wind can give great power to the wind turbines. The absence of periodic solid precipitation from atmosphere with solid substances, which stick to the working surfaces of wind turbines (analogous to snow, to ice, to hoarfrost), and also the absence of insects, that stick on blades of wind turbine, makes this planet very attractive for wind farm investors.
Quite a common stereotype is the opinion, that the modern application for converters of wind kinetic energy is only generation of electric power. And that only the wind turbine can be a converter of kinetic energy of wind into something useful. In this case, they forget about water pumps, sail yachts, windmills and so forth. In reality, the number of types of wind machines is close to infinity.
The main problem of wind turbines is high price of "work area". Second factor: slow wind has low energy (see the formula of relation of wind power and wind velocity). It means, that the price of energy from slow wind is higher, then the price of energy from strong wind. Really, the "border of profit" for wind turbines is wind speed about 8 metres per second. There are few lands with such strong uninterrupted wind.
We decided to use energy for the mechanical heat pumps from the sail-type wind machine - air and water types. Ours sail-type wind machine has low cost "working area" and it is predestines for wind speed from 2-3 metre per second. That means that our sail wind engine can to utilize wind in any land (with economical profit!).
